Creating beautiful dishes is how I share my story and connect with others. My start was farm-to-table, making large meals for a hard-working team on a cattle ranch in my native Nevada. After spending time in commercial baking and retail foodservice, I completed a culinary apprenticeship at a steak and seafood restaurant in Lisbon, Portugal. Now, I use my repertoire to deliver custom menus and give you my take on your favorites.
